MEET THE FOUNDERS
Ollie is a builder by nature - an engineer at heart who turns ideas into spaces, systems, and experiences. After growing up with mental health challenges, movement became more than fitness; it became a lifeline. That belief shapes what Cali Fest will be: movement as a tool for connection, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
Kiera comes from a sports science background with a deep belief in people and a strong “why not?” mindset. After navigating body image and confidence struggles herself, she became passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces where movement builds people up - not breaks them down. That’s the energy behind what Cali Fest is all about.
Together, with their wider team, they created Cali Fest to bring Bath together through movement - funding youth programmes, supporting older adults, and proving that community-led events can create impact that lasts far beyond a single weekend.
