WHO DO TRADITIONAL GYMS ACTUALLY SERVE?
Most gyms are designed for people who already feel confident, capable, and comfortable in gym environments.
Beginners, older adults, and anyone who feels intimidated are unintentionally left out - not because they don’t want to move, but because the space wasn’t built for them.
WHERE MOST PEOPLE ACTUALLY SIT
The majority of people don’t like gyms - many actively avoid them.
This huge middle group wants to feel healthier and stronger, but existing fitness models don’t meet them where they are.
THE GAP IN THE SYSTEM
Great coaching costs money to deliver, but most people can’t afford long-term support. This gap is where people fall through, give up, or never start.
Cali Bath exists to close that gap, without lowering standards.

WHO WE HELP
A safe, confidence-building introduction to movement and strength.
Our teen sessions are designed to help young people feel capable in their bodies - without pressure, comparison, or intimidation. We focus on fun, bodyweight movement, teamwork, and learning how to move well for life.
YOUTH
For people who don’t love gyms - but still want to feel strong.
CaliBath is for adults who’ve tried traditional gyms and felt out of place, overwhelmed, or burnt out. Whether you’re getting back into movement, managing stress, or just want to feel better in your body, this is a place to show up without pressure.
ADULTS
Strength, balance, and confidence - at your pace.
Our Masters sessions focus on staying independent, mobile, and strong for everyday life. These sessions are low-impact, supportive, and designed to help you move better, feel more confident, and stay connected.

HOW WE HELP
OUR FREE SESSIONS:
COUCH 2 BATH HALF RUN CLUB
Coming early 2026, we’ll meet at CaliUnity gym, drop off your bag, and do a team warmup. Complete as many laps as you’d like of the Walcot Loop, with a fun team exercise after every lap. Then, 20% off at the Bell Inn afterwards!
CALI YOUTH SESSIONS
Free sessions for teens aged 12-18. We run these at CaliUnity gym, but many more are being hosted at schools in Bath, so get in touch with your school if you’d be interested!
MOBILITY MASTERS
Coming in early 2026, these sessions are for over 60’s who are struggling with their mobility. This session is taken by our sports therapist, Georgie, helping you with hip flexibility, leg strength and general mobility, helping you with your daily tasks.

Cali Bath is Bath’s free fitness movement - classes, resources, community events, and outdoor training, all funded by CaliUnity CIC. Our mission is simple: make health and fitness accessible to everyone in the city.

CaliUnity (our coaching gym) reinvests its surplus directly into Cali Bath so we can offer free classes, workshops, and The CaliYard.

Everything we do is beginner-friendly, judgement-free, and built to help real people move, feel better, and build confidence. -
We run free community training in parks, at The Cali Yard, and across Bath - focused on movement, mobility, strength basics, and feeling good in your body again.

The Cali Yard is Bath’s first free outdoor calisthenics park - funded by our members, sponsors, and community partners. It’s open to everyone, all year round.

Our CaliUnity coaching team and volunteers from the community.
All sessions are safe, structured, and beginner-friendly. -
Some people want more support - personalised coaching, structured strength training, accountability, onboarding, nutrition support, and a community that trains together 2–4×/week.
