You can come to one session or many.
Move, connect, show up — in whatever way feels right.

This week exists to remind people they’re not alone, and that movement doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful.

Beginner Calisthenics Workshop

New to calisthenics? Learn the basics, build confidence and discover what your body can do - no experience needed.

Curious about calisthenics but not sure where to start? This workshop is for you.

This 75-minute workshop is a beginner-friendly introduction to calisthenics - bodyweight training that builds strength, control, flexibility and confidence without machines or intimidation.

Led by CaliUnity co-founder Ollie Chick, you’ll learn:

  • What calisthenics actually is (and what it isn’t)

  • Core foundational movements, including an introduction to gymnastic rings

  • How to scale every exercise to your level using our Skill Swirl method

  • How to train safely, progress steadily, and feel confident walking into a session

This isn’t about showing off, chasing perfection, or being “fit enough”. It’s about understanding your body, asking questions, and leaving with clarity on how to start (or restart) your training in a way that feels good.

Perfect if you’re:

  • New to strength training

  • Curious about calisthenics

  • Returning after time away from exercise

  • Looking for something different, supportive, and sustainable

All abilities welcome. No experience required.

Calisthenics Workshop - Rings & Levers

An intermediate calisthenics workshop focused on rings, levers and body control. For those ready to progress beyond the basics.

This workshop is for those ready to level up their calisthenics training.

Over 75 minutes, we’ll dive into gymnastic rings and lever-based strength - building the control, tension and positioning required for more advanced bodyweight skills.

This is not a beginner session.

To attend, you should already be comfortable getting upside down on the rings and have some experience with basic calisthenics or ring training.

Led by CaliUnity co-founder Ollie Chick, the session will focus on:

  • Developing strength and control through the rings

  • Understanding lever mechanics and body positioning

  • Progressions toward front and back lever strength

  • Improving scapular control, tension and alignment

  • How to train levers safely and intelligently long-term

You’ll be given progressions that challenge you appropriately, while protecting joints and building sustainable strength.

This session is ideal if you:

  • Already train calisthenics or rings

  • Can comfortably invert on rings

  • Want to refine technique and control

  • Are working toward lever skills

  • Want smarter progress, not just harder workouts

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to train levers properly, where you’re currently at, and how to progress with confidence using our Skill Swirl method.

Calisthenics Workshop ~ Unlock The Muscle-up

An intermediate calisthenics workshop focused on building to your first muscle-up with strength and technique.

The muscle-up is one of the most iconic calisthenics skills - but it’s also one of the most misunderstood.

This 75-minute workshop is designed for those who already have a base level of strength and want to learn the muscle-up properly, without bad habits, swinging, or guesswork.

Prerequisites:
You should be able to perform at least one strict pull-up and one strict dip to attend this workshop.

Led by CaliUnity co-founder Ollie Chick, the session will break the muscle-up down into clear, achievable components, focusing on:

  • Understanding the muscle-up pathway and mechanics

  • Building the strength and coordination required

  • Transition drills and timing

  • False grip and grip positioning

  • Common mistakes (and how to avoid them)

  • Scaled progressions to match your current level

This is not about forcing reps or “just getting over the bar or rings.”
It’s about learning how muscle-ups actually work, so you can train them safely and consistently.

This workshop is ideal if you:

  • Can do at least one pull-up and one dip

  • Want to work towards your first muscle-up

  • Have tried before but feel stuck

  • Want better technique, not shortcuts

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of where you’re at, what’s holding you back, and exactly how to train towards your first clean muscle-up.
